Day 1: Depart 7.00. Our 4WD coach takes us east
away from Perth coast and towards the central desert regions of outback Australia.
Through the jarrah forests of the Darling Ranges and onto wheat growing
areas, passing through the gold mining town of Kalgoorlie to our overnight
stay near Goldfields town of Menzies, camping under the stars. Bush camp; lunch & dinner
supplied.
Day 2: Today we leave the sealed road behind and journey
into The Great Victoria Desert. By now we can feel and see the remoteness
of the desert, keep your eyes open for wild camels. Another fabulous night around
the campfire. Bush camp; breakfast, lunch & dinner
supplied.
Day 3: Traveling through Aboriginal Reserves,
Warburton, Giles
and onto Docker River. We join the famous Gunbarrel Highway, as we take in
the local sights, visiting Lasseter’s Cave. Bush camp; breakfast, lunch
& dinner supplied.
 Day 4: Today is Ayers Rock day,
but first a visit to Kata Tjuta. Walking amongst these ancient forms, it
now becomes clear why the Aboriginals consider this area sacred, from
their Dreamtime. Now onto Ayers Rock (Uluru) and its famous sun set.
Overnight Yulara. Breakfast, lunch & dinner supplied.
Day 5:
Early rise today for those feeling energetic enough to
climb the rock. Followed by a tour of the base, exploring rock formations
and Aboriginal art sites. We then must depart this wondrous place to make
our way by 4WD cross country to the George Gill Ranges, here we find the
scenic Kings
Canyon. Overnight Kings Canyon. Breakfast, lunch & dinner supplied.
Day 6: For several hours after breakfast we explore the spectacular Kings
Canyon and all its rugged beauty. Visit the Lost City and Garden of Eden.
After lunch it’s off to Alice Springs, central town of Australia and the
finish
of your central Australian Adventure. Breakfast and Lunch supplied.
