| Only 3½ hours' drive north of Sydney on the
Pacific Highway, the AirPark is situated on 500 picturesque acres, with its accommodation
affording panoramic views of green pastures, lakes and mountains. HIGH ADVENTURE is
the only school that has training facilities for all wind directions and offers the most
recognised and personalised training system available in Australia today. |
| Initial instruction for
Hang-gliding and Paragliding consists of around 12- 15 flights per day on training slopes
with a ratio of one instructor to every 3 to 4 students and with a maximum class size of
10 students. Students progress at their own rate before moving into more advanced skills
for e.g. Winch towing and high mountain launching. It takes the average student pilot for
Hang-gliding and Paragliding 3-5 days to complete their high solo flight and on average 8
days to obtain a license. |

For Microlite training, we have
on-site 2 beautifully manicured grass airstrips, with the accommodation a mere walk away
from the Hangar facilities. Most initial flight training is done early morning and
evenings in smooth air, then as your skills improve you will then fly mid day in moderate
wind and thermal conditions.
