White Grass Ocean  Resort, Tanna, Vanuatu

White Grass Ocean Resort is the premier resort on Tanna and is located 5 minutes from the Airport. Completed in 2001 and constantly upgraded, (they have just installed a new swimming pool).  It is set in  6 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, and faces the ocean, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. On the Beachside there is a lovely white sand beach and a number of large rock pools which are great for swimming in. An ideal place to stay if you are after more upmarket accommodation. 

Accommodation: The resort has only 12 bungalows, all with ensuites and constructed in traditional Melansian style, giving an intimate feel, with a wonderful Tropical Island atmosphere! All bungalows have Ocean views and have direct beach access, and 24 hour electricity!. The Bungalows have either 1 double bed and 2 singles, or 1 double and 1 single, giving a maximum capacity of 4 Adults or 2 Adults and 2 children.

The resort has a bar and a great Ocean front restuarant specialising in seafoods and fresh Island dishes. Perfect in the evening looking over the Ocean at the colourful sunset..

Other Activities include: snorkelling, the blue holes, mountain bikes, sea kayaks, 3 par golf, tennis, vollyball, badminton, petanque, croquet, board games and library.
