water, excellent visibility, and an abundance of sea life make Tonga one
of the best dive locations in the World! Sharks, groper, turtles, drop-offs,
caves and everything else a diver can expect, you will see here in these
untouched waters. As an added bonus, July through to November Humpback
whales pass through Tongan waters and we snorkel right with
them! The marine life is prolific and you’ll dive among big
schools of bait fish, yellowfins, mantas and dog tooth tuna.

on Tonga's main island "Tongatapu" in Nuku'alofa, we offer a range
of different diving opportunities.
For divers who
want to stay on or around Tongatapu we do daily 2 tank dive trips
including lunch and afternoon snack. Divers who would like to go to
Tonga's other Island groups, can join our Dive safaris.

best weather and dive conditions from December – April.
During this time you’ll experience calm balmy days, long blue

Live
Aboard Diving - We
offer 2 to 9 day live aboard Diving, Whale Watching or fishing Safaris,
and also day trips. The Cape Baron has air-conditioning, stabilizers, sun
& dining deck and a huge dive platform with a Bauer K14 Compressor,
and the boat is also equipped with 12, 24, 240, 430 Volt Genset.
The Cape Baron has 2
double cabins each with 2 single berths, 1 cabin with 3 double beds, 1
cabin with 4 single berths
There are 2 toilets with shower hot/cold water and coldwater outdoor
shower.
The 2 to 9 day safaris will
bring you to spectacular submerged reefs and dive sites which
nobody else dives.

Welcome to the best
of the South Pacific; water temperatures 28 - 30°C,
visibility 30- 40 metres, prolific
marine
life - you’ll dive among big schools of bait fish, yellowfins,
mantas and dog tooth tuna. What more do you want?!!
On
Eua you will dive into another dimension. Only the new discovered
underwater cathedral (January 2000) rewards the journey to Tonga!!
Ca. 25 km Drop-offs invite the diver to comfortable Drift dives. Due
to its high cliffs (ca. 100 Meter) we can dive on the side that is
protected against the wind in very calm water.
Big fish guaranteed, the
reef slopes untouched, No Coral bleaching, and we dived here first
and are still the experts!!

DIVING
Cathedral
A breathtaking experience. This is Tonga’s biggest single cave
with amazing lightshow and marine life and access to a neighbouring
cave Stunning visibility is never less than 30 metres. The Entrance
is at 21 metres, average depth 18 metres, deepest point 27 metres.
Tuna Hole
A Cave with a big chimney (diametre approx. 10 metre) entrance at 27
meters. Look up and see big Dogtooth Tuna and all the various marine
life cruising the chimney and corals covering the chimney. A
beautiful colorful reef leads you back to the boat for an easy end
to the dive.
Coliseum
Tonga’s second biggest cave. Feel like an ancient gladiator in an
arena surrounded not by lions but huge dogtooth tuna. Enjoy the
lightshow and the sharks plus grouper who are watching you in the
arena. Entrance is at 18 metres, average 18 metres, deepest point 25
metres.
Shark nose
This dive is for only experienced divers. An underwater peak drops
from 30 metre down to approx. 100 metres. Strong currents bring
schools of Blacktale, Barracudas and time-by-time Oceanic whitetip
and Tigersharks
At 40 metres there is a huge Arch
Lost world
A beautiful reef leads you to a canyon ending in a cave without
daylight. Flashlight fish guard you and the walls are covered with
Mauri shells and hidden lobsters. Switch your dive light off and you
see a completely different world.
Entrance at 14 metres, average depth 18 metres, deepest point 25
metres.
The broken roof
A huge Arch remaining from a big cave where the roof collapsed.
Dozens of Lionfish find their home here, and the spectacular scenery
will have wanting to go back a second time.
Heaven of corals
A beautiful unbelievable reef with a coral forest, directly on the
edge of an abyss. Drop off is an average depth of 17 metres. The
stunning visibility allows you to see the coral fields reaching down
to 50 metres and more. Depth flexible, average 17 metres
